By submitting an event to the South Cape Hospitality & Entertainment Association (SCHEA) website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Event Location
All submitted events must take place within the City of Cape Coral, Florida. Events outside of this area will not be approved or listed on the SCHEA website.

Event Relevance
Submitted events must be relevant to the Cape Coral community and align with SCHEA’s mission of promoting local hospitality, entertainment, and community engagement. SCHEA reserves the right to reject any submission deemed inappropriate, off-topic, or promotional without community value.

Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring all event details (including date, time, location, and contact information) are accurate and up to date at the time of submission. SCHEA is not responsible for correcting or verifying event information.

Approval Process
All event submissions are subject to review and approval by SCHEA before being published on the website. Approval may take up to 3–5 business days. SCHEA reserves the right to edit event descriptions for clarity, formatting, or length.

Images and Media
If you upload an image or logo with your event, you confirm that you own the rights to use the image or have obtained permission from the copyright holder. SCHEA may resize or crop images for consistency across the website.

No Guarantee of Publication
Submission does not guarantee publication. SCHEA reserves the right to decline any event for any reason at its sole discretion.

Liability
By submitting your event, you agree that SCHEA is not responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, cancellations, or damages arising from your event listing or event itself.

Edits and Removals
SCHEA may remove or edit event listings at any time without notice if they no longer meet our guidelines or contain inaccurate or inappropriate content.
